Representation of contractors and owners/businesses in construction and contractor disputes. This includes Florida's Construction Lien Law under Chapter 713 Florida Statutes. I frequently file construction lien foreclosure lawsuits on behalf of unpaid contractors.

He has served on the Board of Directors of the Melbourne Regional Chamber for East Central Florida and the Board of Directors of the Space Coast Tiger Bay Club. He is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association, and once served as Treasurer and President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Brevard County Bar Association. Mr. Manning is a graduate of Leadership Brevard Class of 2009. Prior to his legal career, he worked for 11 years as a television news reporter and anchor at network affiliates in several cities, including: Panama City, FL; Pensacola, FL; and Nashville, TN.
